On Wednesday, the Egyptian actress Basma tested negative for coronavirus after announcing that she contracted the deadly virus on November 6.
Basma shared on Instagram the news along with a picture of the lab test results, and captioned, "Praise to Allah, the results came back negative, a thousand thanks to Allah".
The actress thanked everyone who contacted her to check on her since the news of her infection spread. She also expressed her gratitude to her mother, Nola Darwish, who took care of her and her daughter as well as her house, from the moment she was infected to the current time.
