AUC Cultural Advisor to the “Suhoor” guests: ‘Nawarto’

AUC cultural advisor Hanz Mahony stated that it is for the first time the American University in Cairo organizes “Suhoor”, a Ramadan night, considering it an indicator on the societal role of the University that implies serving the neighborhoods, networking and promoting culture and arts.

Mahony thanks all those who attended the event, saying in tradition Egyptian “Nawrto” (You’re most welcome), and addressed Director Ramy Imam with a special thanks for his attendance though being very busy in shooting two series in Ramadan. Mahony also welcomed the famous piper Saied El-Husseiny and thanked him for attending.

The AUC has organized he event which included a performance by Ayamna El Helwa, a multimedia art exhibition and a soccer tournament.
