In its final communiqué, the African Summit affirmed its categorical rejection of any attempts aimed at the forced displacement of the Palestinian people, considering such measures a grave violation of international law and a breach of Palestinian rights.

The summit called for granting the State of Palestine full membership in the United Nations, emphasizing that this represents a legitimate right for the Palestinian people to self-determination and an end to the occupation.

Furthermore, the summit underscored the full solidarity of African nations with the Palestinian struggle for freedom and the establishment of an independent state based on the 1967 borders.

The summit also warned of the catastrophic humanitarian deterioration in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing blockade, urging the international community to take urgent action to alleviate civilian suffering and ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid.

The final statement concluded by stressing the necessity of de-escalation and the protection of civilians throughout the Strip.
