A banking official stated that ATMs operating in the local market are replenished with cash periodically, in accordance with a plan and instructions from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), to meet citizens' cash needs, especially during Eid al-Fitr.
The ATM network, which numbers approximately 25,000 across all governorates, operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet the needs of customers in the Egyptian banking sector.
