Ashton Kutcher Joins Reese Witherspoon in "Your Place Or Mine"

American actor Ashton Kutcher will star opposite Reese Witherspoon in the Netflix rom-com" Your Place or Mine".

It is based on the original script by Aline Brosh McKenna, who is also making her feature directorial debut with the project.

"In Your Place or Mine" centers around two best friends who live on opposite coasts swap homes for a week and see their whole lives change.

Jason Bateman and Michael Costigan’s Aggregate Films’ will co-produce the movie along with Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine. Bateman and Costigan will produce through their first-look deal with Netflix alongside Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter for Hello Sunshine and McKenna for Lean Machine.

On the other hand, Witherspoon is selling her media company to a newly formed company backed by private equity firm Blackstone Group.

According to The Wall Street Journal, that the deal was worth about $900 million.

The actress will continue to oversee its day-to-day operations as well as serve as a board member for the new media company run by entertainment executives Kevin Mayer and Tom Staggs.
