Ashour Nets as Zamalek Beat Al Masry (1-0)

Zamalek snatched a hard-fought 1-0 win over Al Masry in the Egyptian Premier League to maintain their unbeaten start of the League.

Imam Ashour scored the only goal of the match after unleashing a powerful shot from the outside of the box to the right corner to give the White Knights another three points.

Osama Fisel netted the second for Zamalek, but the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) disallowed the goal due to an offside.

Bencharki came close to double the scoring in the 82nd minute, but his shot went above the bar.

Four minutes later, Fisel hit the bar through a powerful header after an excellent cross from Al Mathlosi.
