ARQA Reviews Finals Details for 'I-Business Park' Towers Project

On Sunday, ARQA Real Estate Development Group held its regular meeting to discuss the final details of its "I-Business Park" towers project before the start of stages of implementation.

The meeting was held in the presence of representatives for the Commercial Property Management "KAD" Company, which is responsible for operating the project, and Sabbour Engineering Consulting Firm.

Head of the Board of Directors of ARQA Group, Eng. Helmy Abbas, said that the meeting focused on the final design stages of the project, and the need to expedite the procedures for issuing all necessary licenses in cooperation with the New Administrative Capital Company.

He also directed the attendees to take positive steps in order to accelerate the pace of the project implementation and the drilling works, which are expected to be started at the end of next March 2021.

Helmy added that it was confirmed with the project’s consulting office, Sabbour, that all the engineering steps are proceeding in a regular and accurate manner according to specific timings.

With regard to the project's operational plans, Helmy added that it was agreed with the company responsible for operating the project, “KAD” that the design and operation phases should run in parallel to the licensing phase.

The CEO of ARQA expressed his appreciation to the KAD Company and Sabbour Consulting over their fruitful cooperation in creating a unique and distinct real estate product with a highly cultural and societal value, confirming that such development projects contribute in a positive and effective way in attracting many investments in light of the economic renaissance currently being witnessed by the country.

On his part, Dr. Mahmoud Helmy Abbas, the Group's Executive Chairman, said that ARQA is the first Egyptian company to announce the project's commercial facilities management company with the start of reservation stage, unlike what is known in the market that all companies reveal the names of companies operating their projects only short time before the start of final delivery stage.

Helmy added that contracting KAD Company for the project's management ensures smooth operation and persity in all floors of the mall, and thus achieving a high turnout for each floor of the mall.

He noted that the KAD Co. is also responsible for providing periodic high-quality maintenance services and cleaning, in addition to assisting owners in procedures of renting units, and preparing a special booklet that contains instructions to help tenants familiarize themselves with the operating system, including the goods arrival system, its route inside the mall, service elevators and emergency doors.

 

Helmy also added that choosing "Sabbour Consulting" for the project's design and implementation aspects is due to its long expertise in outlining very high quality plans and complete engineering designs for more than 60 years in more than 11 countries.

Helmy emphasized that the I-Business Park towers are the first 3 towers in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). They are located directly on the Green River and the axis of Mohammed bin Zayed at the NAC.

On the one hand, Dr. Abdel Salam Ahmed Suleiman, Director of the Engineering Department of ARQA Group, explained that all engineering aspects were addressed during the meeting with the engineering consulting office, in addition to discussing the current position of the project in terms of the structural and architectural designs and other licensing procedures.

 

Hany Kamel, director of the ARQA's customer service and support sector, said that the main objectives of the meeting aim at providing best-quality services for its clients, through paying attention to every single detail regarding the project's engineering aspects to avoid any obstacles that may hinder or delay the drilling and construction process from its start.
