ARQA Dev't Group Announces Launch of New Units in I Business Park

ARQA Development Group announced that it would launch new units in its "I Business Park" towers project, with flexible payment systems to be offered for the first time in the market in the New Administrative Capital.

In this regard, Head of the Business Development Department at ARQA Ahmed Jamal El-Din said: "The strength of the project site and the studies that were prepared before the offering contributed to the increase in sales volumes in numbers that exceeded our expectations."

Meanwhile, General Manager of ARQA Development Group Mohamed Fathy noted that the next phase of the "I Business Park" towers project in the new capital would witness great surprises during the coming period, the most important of which is the addition of multiple features that will support the project, in addition to offering a new number of units that are more distinguished by Flexible payment systems being offered for the first time in the commercial real estate market in the Administrative Capital.

These remarks came during a ceremony organized by the ARQA Development Group in a New Cairo hotel last Saturday, during which it honored the company's outstanding employees during the third quarter of 2020, in addition to honoring the brokers marketing its project in the New Administrative Capital, "I Business Park Towers."

During the ceremony, Ahmed Zeyada, the company's Marketing Manager, announced a major competition for the broker companies, which he described as success partners, and another competition for sales consultants in the same companies, as the competition starts from this December until the end of January 2021 for companies and sales consultants with the highest achievement during that period.

Jamal El-Din expressed his thanks and gratitude to the employees of the company and the brokers, referring to the huge sales achievement that took place during the first month of the launching of the first phase of the towers, which exceeded the expected numbers at the beginning of the offering.

He attributed this to the strength of the project site and the studies that were prepared before the offering, which included studies of the real estate market in the capital, the study of competitors, the nature of clients looking to invest in the capital, and their needs.

Dr. Abdel Salam Ahmed, the head of the company's Engineering Department, stated that the strategic partnership contracts that were signed with the engineering consultant office Hussein Sabour to review all engineering designs and supervise the implementation, and the Commercial Facilities Management Company (KAD) contributed to offering a product with multiple activities and services and is characterized by the accuracy of the engineering designs of the project following international standards for the most famous towers in the world, especially in the sisterly United Arab Emirates.
