A Pakistani army officer was killed during an anti-terror operation in Dera Ismail Khan, located in the northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the military’s public relations department announced on Thursday.
According to Geo News, the operation was carried out on Wednesday in the Daraban area, resulting in the elimination of seven terrorists.
The region has witnessed repeated militant activity in recent months, with Pakistani security forces continuing their efforts to curb terrorism and restore stability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
