Minsk group announced in a statement on Thursday that Armenia and Azerbaijan agree not to target civilians and exchange the bodies of the dead fighters.
“Armenia and Azerbaijan agree to present a list of prisoners held by the two sides within a week,” the statement added.
The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan arrived in Geneva, on Friday, to hold talks to end the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, where the fighting for more than a month has claimed hundreds of lives.
Diplomats in the Swiss city told Reuters that the two ministers are scheduled to meet with envoys from France, Russia and the United States.
