Egypt's armed forces launched on Sunday a new website to facilitate procedures for citizens and upgrade the working system in line with the recent technological development, according to military spokesman Tamer El-Refaei.
In a post on "Facebook", the spokesman added that this website aims at extracting all certificates electronically and receiving them from the nearest military office to the applicant.
El-Refaei also added that anyone can contact the military records department for any inquiries and complaints via What's app number (01551090961), or phone number (22722037 02).
