American singer, Ariana Grande released Friday the official trailer of her Netflix upcoming concert documentary, "Excuse me, I love You," which is set to drop on December 21.
The trailer offers an inside look at some of Grande's simple and emotional moments during her "Sweetener" World Tour last year.
On Thursday, the singer surprised fans by announcing the release of the Netflix documentary, calling it a "love letter" to her fans.
"Releasing this as a love letter to u all, in celebration of all that we’ve shared over the past few years," she wrote on Instagram.
Grande continued: "I know this project only captures some of one tour (out of all the other hundreds of shows and moments we have shared over the past six or seven years… Jesus lol) but I just wanted to thank u all for showing me more in this lifetime already than I ever dreamed of."
She also made it clear in the post that she is looking forward to a change of pace after dropping three albums in less than two years and hitting 101 stops during her 2019 tour.
"I’ve learned, seen, and felt so much. It’s been such an honor to share so much of this life with u." added Grande.
It is worth mentioning that Grande, born on June 26, 1993, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress.
In 2008, she began her career in the Broadway musical, “13”, and rose to stardom in 2010 with her role as “Cat Valentine” in the Nickelodeon television series “Victorious” and in its 2013 spin-off, “Sam & Cat“.
However, Grande grew interested in pursuing a music career and recorded songs for Victorious’s soundtrack.
In 2011, she signed with Republic Records after the label’s executives discovered videos of her covering songs that she uploaded onto YouTube, and released her debut album, “Yours Truly”, in 2013.
Grande’s music is generally described as pop and R&B with elements of EDM, hip hop, and trap music, the latter has witnessed increased incorporation as her career has progressed.
