The Arab Parliament (AP) condemned, on Sunday, the terrorist bombing attack in Aden International Airport, leaving 12 civilians dead and dozens injured.
The AP conveyed its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and the wish for a speedy recovery to the injured. It also emphasized that the targeting of Aden airport was an episode of a series of the Houthi militia attacks on civilians and innocent people as well as passenger traffic.
In the same vein, it asserted that this terrorist attack poses a serious threat to the flight traffic in Yemen. Therefore, the AP called on the international community to take serious action to counter these grave attacks and their impact on international peace and stability.
The AP reiterated its support to Yemen against any attempts that could threaten its security and stability, stressing that these attempts by Iranian-backed Houthi militia will not discourage the Yemeni Government from exercising its functions
