Arab Parliament Speaker Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Yamahi, strongly condemned the irresponsible statements made by the Israeli side, which called for the establishment of a Palestinian state in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He warned that such statements could escalate conflicts in the region and threaten security, stability, and global peace.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Al-Yamahi reaffirmed the Arab Parliament's rejection of these statements, emphasizing that they undermine Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty, security, and stability.

He stressed that such remarks constitute a blatant violation of international law and UN resolutions, adding that Saudi Arabia's security and stability are integral to Arab national security and must not be compromised.

Furthermore, Arab Parliament reiterated its firm stance against any statements that infringe on the sovereignty of Arab states. It also denounced these remarks as a flagrant violation of the Palestinian people's inalienable rights to establish an independent state on their entire national territory, including the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem, in accordance with the pre-June 4, 1967 borders.

The parliament reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in safeguarding its sovereignty, security, and the well-being of its people.
