Speaker of the Arab Parliament Adel Assomi hailed, on Saturday, the role of the Kingdom of Morocco and its distinct experience in the parliamentary field.
Alasoomi had a discussion with Rachid Talbi El Alami, Speaker of the House of Representatives in the Kingdom of Morocco, at the headquarters of the Moroccan House of Representatives in Rabat.
During their meeting, Alasoomi stressed the need to activate parliamentary diplomacy in various regional and international forums to enhance the Arab voice and unity in order to confront various issues.
He also asserted that he is keen to support Moroccan parliamentary role, highlighting its paramount importance to address challenges.
Moreover, Alasoomi underlined Morocco’s pivotal Arab, African and international in defending their issues, with special regard to the Palestinian Cause.
In the same vein, the Speaker of the Moroccan House of Representatives praised the role of the Arab Parliament and its honorable positions in defending the issues of the Arab nation and its creative initiatives that brought great changes in this Arab parliamentary institution.
El Alami also reiterated the bilateral ongoing cooperation between the Moroccan House of Representatives and the Arab Parliament in various fields.
