Arab leaders warmly congratulated the US President-elect Joe Biden, hours after announcing his victory in the 2020 US presidential election on Saturday.
Biden won the US presidential election, becoming the 46th president. The American citizens chose him to be their president, hoping from him to restore calm and truth after Trump's exhausting and manic single term.
He expressed his utmost gratitude in his victory speech in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, assuring that. "This is the time to heal in America."
Egypt
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi congratulated Biden, asserting that he looks forward to “working closely for further cooperation” with Biden in order to strengthen the strategic bilateral ties between Egypt and the US in the interest of the two friendly countries and peoples, according to a statement by the Egyptian Presidency.
Kuwait
Emir of Kuwait Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah extended his congratulations to Biden, hailing the well-established historical ties that bind the two countries, affirming his permanent and common aspiration to strengthen these ties and develop joint cooperation in various fields.
Jordan

Iraq
Iraqi President Barham Salih also congratulated Biden, stating that they, "look forward to working in order to achieve our common goals and to promote peace and stability throughout the Middle East."
Mustafa al-Kazemi, the Iraqi prime minister, also congratulated Biden and Kamala Harris on Twitter.
