The Fourth Arab Forum on Land and Climate opened in Sharm El-Sheikh under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, President of the Arab Council for Childhood and Development and Chairman of AGFUND, in the presence of Major General Khaled Mubarak, Governor of South Sinai.
Held from November 4 to 5, 2025, the forum is organized by the Arab Network for NGOs with support from the Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND), and in partnership with the League of Arab States, UNDP, and the Arab Council for Childhood and Development.

Prince Abdulaziz bin Talal called for a shift toward a sustainable blue economy, one that harmonizes growth with the preservation of natural resources and opens new opportunities for Arab youth in sectors such as renewable marine energy, sustainable aquaculture, biotechnology, eco-tourism, and clean maritime transport. He stressed the need for joint Arab action and a unified vision for the future of land, sea, and climate — a vision grounded in science and youth empowerment.

The two-day forum will be attended by approximately 70 participants and representatives from 23 international, regional, and national organizations.
