Arab Coalition Intereceps 2 Houthi Drones Targeting Saudi Arabia

The Arab Coalition announced on Tuesday that it had intercepted and destroyed two explosive-laden drones launched by the Houthi militia, which is supported by Iran.

One drone was intercepted over Yemeni airspace, while the other was lost as it approached Jizan in the Kingdom.

According to the Arab Coalition, the Iran-backed militia continues to target civilians in Yemen and Saudi Arabia.

According to Al Arabiya reports citing local sources, a ballistic missile fired by the Iran-backed group dropped in the middle of a residential neighbourhood in Marib, killing one civilian and injuring six others.

The Houthis fired a ballistic missile at the city at about 11 a.m. local time, the sources added.
