Arab Celebrities Mourn Legendary Hatem Ali's Death

The news of iconic Syrian director Hatem Ali's death is still trending among celebrities, and Syrian drama fans. Ali who is well known for his Andalusia Trilogy, El Malek Farouq, Saladin, Al Taghreba El Falastineya, Omar, Hagar Gohanm, Aala Tool El Ayam, and Aho Dah Eli Sar, was mourned by a huge number of celebrities around the Arab world countries.

Lebanese singer Bassem Moughnieh expressed, "2020 took all our beloved," also Lebanese singer/actor Cyrine Abdelnour indicated, "It is really tragic news."

On the other hand, Lebanese actress Nadine Nassib Njeim wrote, "When I remembered you recently, I described your kindness to my friends, and I  expressed how much I love your works, this news shocked me."

Moreover, Lebanese singer Assi El Hellani indicated, "it is a huge loss, I know your good morals, and your human heart, May your soul rest in peace."

On the other hand, Lebanese actor Moatasem El Nahar tweeted, "My teacher, my role model, and my hope, your death is so early master, I am asking the mercy for your soul."

Furthermore, Syrian actress Dima Al Jundi highlighted, "how come this year is ended by such tragic news, it is the worst news in my life."

Egyptian actress Menna Fadali expressed, "It is really shocking news, I had the honor to work with him through one of my most favorite works, El Malek Farouk, I can't forget your friendship, and your belief in me, goodbye my friend."

Also, Lebanese actress Maguy Bou Ghosn commented, "It is a great loss, may your soul rest in peace."

Saudi actress Nasser Al Gassabi commented, "I was shocked by Ali's death, we had various beautiful days. He was always pronouncing, "forgive me, God," God, forgive him please."

Also, Egyptian actress Laila Eloui sent her condolences to the Syrian artists for such a loss. She described him as the man of the most unique works in Arab drama.

Syrian actress Kinda Alloush indicated, "He was a memory, nostalgia, heritage, he was the teacher and one of the fathers of the Syrian drama."

 

Moreover, Egyptian actress Menna Shalby highlighted, "He was modest, and kind, he was a good kind-hearted soul."

On the other hand, Lebanese singer Elissa tweeted, "What dramatic news, as if this year won't leave unless taking every good person with it."

Syrian actor/director Hatem Ali died of a heart attack on Tuesday, in Egypt. He was 58.
