AP Speaker Congratulates Sisi on 10th of Ramadan Victory

Speaker of the Arab Parliament (AP) Adel Assomi congratulated President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Egyptian nation on the anniversary of the 10th of Ramadan (October War) victory.

Assomi greeted El Sisi, the Egyptian Armed Forces, and the Egyptian people, affirming that the memorable day had reflected the martyrs' spirit of perseverance to safeguard the dignity of the homeland.

He also asserted that the victory was a national epic that is dear to the hearts of all Arabs, adding that the great Egyptian army achieved heroism and sacrifices, through which they restored Egypt and the Arabs' pride and dignity.

The army regained a precious part of the land of Egypt, "the precious Sinai", and for the Arab nation its glory.

The Parliament Speaker expressed his sincere wishes to Egypt for further progress and prosperity, praying for those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of their country.
