On Saturday, a 5.5-magnitude earthquake hit Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) reported.
The depth of the earthquake was 10 kilometers, according to the center. The center added.
Last Wednesday, Ethiopia witnessed two earthquakes in less than four minutes.
In addition, the US Geological Survey and German Research announced, last week, that Ethiopia was hit by an earthquake of magnitude 5.8.
The quake's epicenter was located 88 miles (142 km) east of Addis Ababa, with 10 km (6.2 miles) depth, according to the USGS.
