On Tuesday, Andrew Garfield broke his silence about starring in the "Spider-Man: No Way Home".
For months, rumors have swirled that the upcoming sequel will not only include Tom Holland as Spiderman but also will include original trilogy stars Tobey Maguire and Garfield, who played as the web-slinging superhero in Amazing Spider-Man films from 2012-14.
To add more fuel, William Spencer, Garfield’s Amazing Spider-Man stunt double, apparently was on the set of No Way Home per an Instagram post that Spencer has since deleted.

The actor addressed the speculations for the first time during the episode of the Happy Sad Confused podcast, saying: “I can’t speak for anything else, but for myself. They might be doing something, but I ain’t got a call”.

The third installment also stars Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Angourie Rice, Marisa Tomei, J.K. Simmons, Tony Revolori, and others.
It will feature British star Benedict Cumberbatch reprising his role as Doctor Strange in the installment, where he will become Spider-Man’s mentor, a role that was previously occupied by Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson).
The movie will also feature Jamie Foxx as Electro from Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus from Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2.
It is directed by Jon Watts, who directed the first two movies.
"Spider-Man: No Way Home" is set to be released in theaters on Dec. 17.
