"Ana Wa Hawaa" is a new exceptional literary experience. Renowned Arabic authors Khaled Hassanien and Hala Mourad cooperated together in writing a deep and influential book about man-woman relationships in the Arab world.

In his book introduction, Hassanien said: "Being interested in women issue and their relationship with men is the main force driving me to release this book."

He added, many women got me wrong as I harshly criticized them despite I was on their side in many situations.

In the modern era, women succeeded in obtaining many civil rights on the other hand some of them need to redefine their rights and their point of view of men.

"Women need to attempt to think logically and wisely with their partner without recalling voices raised about women's freedom and independence," Hassanien emphasized.

Hassanien has set influential experience; he decided to combine a real voice of women through the situations he confronted through the participation of the iconic Syrian Lebanese poetess Hala Mourad.

Although the Arabic library is full of gender books, most of the gender books either only female or male voiced. Therefore, this book introduces a new experience of gathering polyphonic and multi-perspective nature.

Some of the handled topics in the book are the reasons for porce and failed marriage, the longtime man-woman argument, how both men and women approach each other, jealousy, second marriage, women abuse, betrayal among other sensitive topics.
