Amr Diab to Perform at New Alamein

“El-Hadaba” Amr Diab will perform live at Al Masa Hotel's music Arena, in New Alamein City, North Coast, on August 16, amid a large crowd.

He is scheduled to perform a number of his most famous songs as well as songs from his new album "Ana Gher", which will be produced by Nay production Company.

In this album, Amr had cooperated with a notable group of songwriters and prominent composers including Hamid El Shaeri, Ahmed Al-Malki, Mohamed Rahim, Saber Kamal, Amir Teima, Nader Abdullah, Mohammady, Khaled Tag El Din, and Islam Zaki.

He had also cooperated with poet Ahmed Marzouk for the first time.

In 2018, Diab had launched his last released album called “Kol Hayaty” ، which features 13 songs.

This will be the pop star’s first time to perform at the music Arena, which is the largest concert venue in the North Coast.

The venue can accommodate more than 20000 people, which is equipped with the latest equipment.

Moreover, a theater has been built-up with special specifications for this extraordinary event, as well as a VIP, V.VIP, and lounges areas will be available for companies and VIP guests.

The concert will begin at 08:00 PM (Cairo Local Time).

It comes within Egypt calendar events, which launched back in 2018 by Egyptian pop star Tamer Hosny, American singer-songwriter Jason Derulo, and DJ David Vendetta on November 23.

Egypt's Calendar is an entertainment map of events that attracts the world's top stars to Egypt throughout the year.

Noteworthy, Amr Abd El-Basset Abd El-Azeez Diab, mostly known as Amr Diab, is an Egyptian multi-award-winning pop singer-songwriter.

He has created his own style which is often termed “Mediterranean Music”, a blend of Western and Egyptian rhythms, by 1992, he became the first Arabic artist to start making high-tech music videos.

The singer won the World Music Award for best-selling Middle Eastern Artist seven times between 1998 and 2014.

Additionally, Diab ranked in the top slot on iTunes when his 2013 and 2014 albums launched.

Guinness World Records listed the singer as the top Arab award-winning musician and the best-selling Middle Eastern musician since 1989.

David Cooper and Kevin Dawe refer to his music as “the new breed of Mediterranean music”.

Diab has produced a new concept of Mediterranean music, especially with his international hit, “Nour El Ain”, according to author Michael Frishkopf.
