Egyptian mega singer, Amr Diab gave a live concert at Dubai International Stadium, United Arab Emirates on Jan 22nd for welcoming Dubai newcomers and to encourage international tourism in it.
The concert was organized by the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Dubai which governs Dubai's flourishing tourism industry.
It was back to basics for Egyptian star Diab, 60, in his last outing in UAE, in a concert that saw him share the spotlight with family and friends for over 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Diab and his twins Abd-Allah and Kinzy performed 'Amarain' at the main arena of Dubai International Stadium on Friday.
The tow kids, 22-year-old Diab, who were inspirational guests at the Dubai Shopping Festival 2021, later joined their father on stage, providing backing vocals.
The concert in Dubai came shortly after the release of Diab's new album 'Ya Ana Ya La'a' (Either Me Or No) on 25 December, 2020.
The tour might have been for his latest album 'Ya Ana Ya La'a', but the Maven Egyptian singer had no qualms dipping into classic favourites from his old top hits- not that anyone minded.
In fact, it was these remarkable songs and tracks that excited the crowd, with a few audience members even clamouring to the front of the stage for a selfie and keepsake video.
Lately, Amr Diab’s children published footage while they were in the boat on New Year’s Eve, which made the public speculate that Amr Diab was with his family and his ex-wife Zeina Ashour, who also published pictures of her there.
Born in 1961, Amr Diab is among the most prominent and regionally recognized Egyptian pop singers.
Known to the Arab fans as El-Hadaba (The Hill) and with over 30 albums in his luminous career, Diab is ranked Top Arab Artist of 2020 on Spotify.
Diab's music spanned Egypt and many other countries for more than three decades.
He incorporates various genres into his music, including classical Arabic music, Spanish music, blues, jazz and reggae.
Moreover, he is known for many top hits in Egypt and the Arab world including 'Ya Baladna Ya Helwa' (O Our Beloved Country), 'Zai Manti' (As You Are) and his smash hit 'Amaken El-Sahar' (Places Of NightLife), which features star actress Dina El-Sherbiny.
It is worth noting that the Egyptian poet Tamer Hussain has posted a new photo on his official account on the social networking site Instagram, which brings him together with the Egyptian singer Amr diab while they were on the stage of Dubai stadium, he commented, “Special moments together after a great concert with my dear friend.”
Hussain sent a message to Amr Diab, saying: “Congratulations to the respected Amr Diab on his new album, 'Ya Ana Ya La'a'.”
