Amr Diab Releases New Album "Sahran"

Megastar, Amr Diab has finally dropped Wednesday evening his new album "Sahran" via a mobile network company.

He took to his social media accounts to promote for the release of the new album.

Sahran includes 14 songs and is produced by “Nay” production company.

In this new album, Saudi chairman of General Authority for Entertainment had written the lyrics of three songs, which were composed by Amr Mostafa.

Sahran also includes 5 songs written by Tamer Hussein, Ayman Bahgat Kamar, Saber Kamal, Bahaa Al-Din Mohamed, Khaled Taj Al-Din, which was composed by Mohamed Yahya, Shady Badr, Mohamed Rahim, and Aziz Al-Shafi’i.

In this Album, Diab cooperated with a large number of Poets, and composers; including, Tamer Hussein, Aziz Al-Shafi’i, Saber Kamal, Ahmed Al-Maliki, Khaled Taj Al-Din, and others.

Aziz Al-Shafi’i, Amr Mostafa, Mohamed Yahya, Sherif Badr, were among the composers who cooperated with Diab.

It also features a duet between Diab and his daughter Jana in the song "Jamila" (Beautiful), where Diab performed a part in Arabic and Jana sang in English.

The song is composed by Jana and Bilal Sorour, as well as wrote the song in collaboration with the poet Shady Nour, and distributed by Tarek Madkour.

This is the first time for one of his children to participate with him in his music, which is also her first time as a singer and composer.

On the other hand, Diab is scheduled to celebrate the release of his new album with his fans in two concerts, the first will take place in Kuwait, on February 13 after 5 years of absence, while the second will be held at the Al Manara International Conferences Center (AMICC), in El Tagamo El-Khamis, on February 28.

In 2019, Diab had launched his last album “Kol Hayaty”, which featured 13 songs, in which he cooperated with a large number of Poets, and composers; including, Tamer Hussien, Ayman Bahgat Qamar, Ahmed Malky, and others.

Amr Moustafa, Waleed Saad, Khaled Ezz, Mohamed Rahim were among the composers who cooperated with Diab.
