Egyptian actor, Amir Karara will make a guest appearance in the Sci-fi film “Mousa“.
“Mousa” stars Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Eyad Nassar, Asma Abulyazeid, Sarah El Shamy, Mohamed Gomaa, Salah Abdullah, and others.
The film also features the special appearance of Sabry Fawaz, Ahmed El Awady, Mohamed Lotfy, and Ahmed Hatem, who is reprising his role as Yusuf in the 2016 film “The Fourth Pyramid“.
Famed filmmaker Peter Mimi directed and penned the film.
“Mousa” centers around a Faculty of Engineering student (Abdel Aziz) who creates the first robot in the Middle East. The student uses the robot to achieve his goals and avenge the death of his father.
Three of Egypt’s and The Middle Easts are producing the film, namely Synergy Films, New Century, and Misr International Films, with Dollar Films distributing the film in Egypt and El Taher Media Production around the world.
“Mousa” hit the cinemas on August 11.

Karara is currently busy with the sequel to his 2019 film “Casablanca”.
The first part of “Casablanca” was written by Hisham Hilal, directed by Peter Mimi, and produced by Synergy Films and Walid Mansour.
It also starred Ghada Adel, Amr Abdel Gelil, Eyad Nassar, Lebleba, Mahmoud El-Bezzawy, Ahmed Dash, and Ahmed Fahmy.
The plot revolved around three Alexandrian men who work as pirates. They get involved in a dangerous mission against mafia men, after robbing a large diamond shipment, but things get a turn for the worse as one of them decides to go rogue and flee to Morocco.
“Casablanca” was shot in Marrakech, Casablanca, Safaga, and Alexandria.
