The release date for Egyptian stars Amir Karara and Yasmine Sabri's latest film "Baebae" (The Bogeyman) has been revealed.
The film is set to premiere in the cinemas during the Eid al-Adha movie marathon.
It also stars Basem Samra, Mohamed Abdul Rahman Tota, Mohamed Anwar, and Abbas Awal Al-Hassan.
"Baebae" marks the first collaboration between Karara and Sabri. The film is scripted by Ihab Blaybel, directed by Hussein Al-Manbawi, and produced by Synergy Films.
On the other hand, Karara will team up with actress and long-time collaborator Dina El Sherbiny in a new TV series.
The pair presented many hit TV series such as "Taht El-Ard" (2013), "Taraf Talet" (2012), and "Al Moatn Ex" (2011).
Karara, born on October 10, 1977, is an Egyptian actor and broadcaster. He has a degree in tourism from Cairo University.
He rose to fame through hosting television contest shows like “Star Maker” and “The Deal”.
Moreover, he played in the national volleyball team, in a lot of national and international games.
Karara is known for his roles in TV series “Shabab Al Hawa” (Guys Online), “Lahazat Hariga” (The Egyptian version of ER), “Taraf Talit” (Third Party) “Taht El Ard” (Underground), and “kalabsh” trilogy.
