Following a sudden global outage in Facebook, Instagram, and WahtsApp, users reported, Monday, that Amazon Web, Google, TikTok and Twitter were experiencing issues as well.
A list of website users worldwide are reporting outages. The reports included Facebook & FB Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, T-Mobile / TMBLE Metro, Spectrum, Verizon, AT&T, Google, Cricket Wireless, Amazon, Telegram, Apple, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Reuters could not immediately confirm the issue affecting the services. However, the error message on Facebook's webpage suggested a Domain Name System (DNS) error.
In the same vein, WhatsApp issued a statement, promising a fix as soon as possible.
"We're aware that some people are having trouble accessing our apps and products," a spokesperson said. "We're working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience."
