The Abu Dhabi Government Media Office said on Sunday that Amazon has partnered with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) to create a fulfillment center by 2024 to be built according to the company's carbon reduction strategies.
The media office added that the project will create thousands of jobs, boost Abu Dhabi's logistics sector and retail system, and will be in line with the UAE's ambition to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
