Liverpool and Egyptian star Mohamed Salah was invited by Prince William to attend the Earthshot ceremony in London.
The Earthshot Prize is a prestigious global environment award that was launched by Prince William and Sir David Attenborough last year.
A number of celebrities are in attendance and the event will be hosted by Clara Amfo and Dermot O’Leary.
Among the performers are Ed Sheeran, KSI and Coldplay and the five winners will be announced by a line-up of presenters, which includes Salah.
The 29-year-old Egyptian star was chosen to present "Revive our Oceans" prize.
"I am very happy to be here in this wonderful and important ceremony, I have a great interest in this matter, because I grew up near water and the Mediterranean, which is vital for life just like all the seas and oceans of our planet," Salah said.
