One of the North coast’s most visited attractions, New AL-Almain Towers (AL-MASSA) is one of Egypt's best-known and most luxurious hotels. However, what makes it really unique is not its luxury, but rather, its architectural beauty.
The six tower buildings feature several elevators and service functions, allowing for easy maintenance and flexible, open-plan interiors. Each tower is 23 floors high above ground + a basement level and covers a total area of 182.000 m2.
They also overlook El Alamein Lake, and lie on a short distance from the Midtown area that has luxury housing units and integrated services, Heritage City, El Alamein Gardens, the Convention Center, and Al Fanara Marina.
It's worth mentioning that New Alamein lies on the Mediterranean Sea, about 85 km west of Borg El Arab International Airport. Still under construction, New Alamein was conceived by the Egyptian government as a center for tourism, education and government.
The new city has its own presidential palace and ministry building and ministry building.
