Algeria's Icon Djamila Bouhired Recovers from COVID-19

Algerian icon Djamila Bouhired has left the hospital after recovering from COVID-19, Media Agencies reported on Tuesday.

Spent almost a week in the hospital, the icon is now at her home with her family after beating the virus.

Mustafa University Hospital Center's official told Sky News: "Bouhired's health is good. Moreover, she is optimistic especially after beating such a fierce virus."

The figure discovered her COVID-19 infection by chance that's why she followed the COVID-19 treatment protocol immediately.

Amid her hospital stay, she sent a message to the Algerian people regarding her infection, in addition, she thanked the medical crew dedicated to her case.
