These talks came within the framework of the visit that Attaf is making to Nouakchott in his capacity as Special Envoy of the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, according to a statement by the Algerian Foreign Ministry.
The statement explained that the two sides reviewed many files related to cooperation and partnership relations, which are witnessing a remarkable dynamism.
They also consulted on the upcoming bilateral events and ways to prepare for them in the best possible way, to enable them to add new building blocks on the path of strengthening Algerian-Mauritanian relations.
