Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune held talks with his Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame, who is currently on an official visit to Algeria, to discuss ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two nations.
According to the Algerian News Agency, the two presidents witnessed the signing of several agreements and memorandum of understanding covering a wide range of cooperation sectors.
These include telecommunications, entrepreneurship and innovation, digital communication, investment promotion, the pharmaceutical industry, vocational training, and media collaboration.
Additional agreements were signed in the fields of higher education and scientific research, innovation technology development, air transport services, judicial and police cooperation, as well as agriculture and livestock production.
Kagame arrived in Algeria earlier today for a two-day official visit.
