The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced today, Saturday, the targeting of the Israeli “command rooms” south of Gaza City, in addition to carrying out several operations.
The Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement posted on Telegram that its members were “targeting the enemy’s command rooms in the southern section of Gaza City with heavy-caliber mortar shells.”
Al-Qassam indicated that it was "ramming the gatherings of enemy forces penetrating the north of the city of Khan Yunis with mortar shells."
Al-Qassam also announced that it had targeted “an Israeli Merkava tank in the axis east of the city of Khan Yunis with an Al-Yassin 105 shell.”
The confrontations between Hamas and Israel have been renewed since the morning of Friday, December 1, after the end of the truce reached by the two parties with Qatari-Egyptian-American mediation, which extended in total for 7 days.
