The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced the bombing of Tel Aviv, the capital city of Israel, and a number of areas in central Israel, stressing that the bombing comes “in response to the Zionist massacres against civilians.”
This attack comes minutes after the end of US President Joe Biden's visit to Israel.
Russia Today's correspondent also reported hearing sirens sound in the areas of Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Gush Dan, and Sharon in central Israel.
The Palestinian missile attack came during the Israeli army's aircraft carrying out continuous, violent, and massive raids on various areas in the Gaza Strip, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries.
RT's correspondent in Gaza reported that Israeli army aircraft and artillery are now carrying out a "belt of fire" with huge quantities of explosives and missiles, and the sounds of explosions are being heard from areas south of the Gaza Strip.
