The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) announced that its fighters have ambushed two Israeli forces carried out two separate ambushes in the Sheikh Radwan and Al-Karama neighbourhoods in the northern Gaza Strip.
Al-Qassam’s statement said: “Our fighters attacked members of two Israeli special forces in two separate ambushes in the Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood and the Karama area, and they were able to withdraw from the place safely after completing the mission.”
For its part, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military arm of FATH) announced that its fighters targeted an Israeli tank and a troop carrier with anti-armour shells in the Sheikh Radwan-Al-Ayyadah area, which resulted in their destruction, forcing the Israeli forces to retreat and preventing them from advancing further in this axis.
The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades indicated in its statement that its fighters are still waging fierce battles in the Sheikh Radwan axis, using various types of weapons.
The Al-Qassam Brigades announced earlier today the bombing of the Magin settlement with a missile barrage, in addition to its fighters targeting the Israeli forces penetrating into several areas in the Gaza Strip.
