The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced yesterday, Sunday, the downing of an Israeli Apache helicopter south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.
The brigades said in a statement on its Telegram channel: “The Al-Qassam Brigades and the Mujahideen Brigades targeted a Zionist Apache plane south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City, with a SAM 7 missile.”
Another statement by the " brigades" said that"Al-Qassam Mujahideen target special Zionist forces east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood with explosive devices and missiles and clash with them with machine guns."
A later statement said: “The Al-Qassam Brigades targeted 5 Israeli vehicles in the Al-Tuffah and Al-Daraj area with “Shawaz” charges and “Al-Yassin 105” shells.
