Bahgat Al Obeidi, the Egyptian writer based in Austria, and the founder of the World Federation of Egyptian Citizens Abroad, said that President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi always confirms that he cannot forget or ignore the role of any Egyptian citizen in that battle that Egypt waged since January 2011 incidents as the country is still striving to get rid of the consequences of these incidents.
“President El-Sisi appreciates the deep awareness inherent in the Egyptian personality, as the Egyptian people rise up to defend the Egyptian state and its institutions,” Al Obeidi added.
He stressed that the president appreciates, in particular, the Egyptian woman and the multiple roles she plays such as raising up her children; she also represents an example for giving, and sacrifice.
The founder of the World Federation of Egyptian Citizens Abroad noted that the president usually praises and hails the role of the Egyptian woman on all occasions and in all forums, believing in the great role she plays; this reflects the president's absolute belief in her ability and her role in protecting Egypt, Al Obeidi said.
“President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said that he would not sign any law that would adversely affect women's rights during his participation in a session dubbed "To enhance the role of African women to achieve peace, security and development", within the activities of the second day of the Aswan Sustainable Forum for Peace and Development,” Al Obeidi pointed out, stressing that this represents a serious equity for marginalized groups, including women.
