Bahgat Al-Obeidi, the Egyptian writer based in Austria, and the founder of the World Federation of Egyptian Citizens Abroad arrived in Cairo Saturday to take part in “Egyptian-African-European Diplomatic Council” (EAEDC) meeting.
Al-Obeidi revealed that Cairo's quick trip came after consultations among the council members, as well as Chancellor Salah Abdel Hamid, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Salamouni.
The council members believe that it is better to hold the meeting in Cairo, rather than any other European capital.
Moreover, he said that the initial perception of the Egyptian-African-European Diplomatic Council's action plan will be reviewed and then formulated in a specific and appropriate form, to be presented to the European (EU) parliament.
