Al-Maliki Bids Farewell to Egyptian Ambassador to Palestine

The Foreign Affairs Minister of the Palestinian National Authority, Riyad Al-Maliki bid farewell to the Egyptian Ambassador to Palestine Assem Ashour today, Thursday.

Al-Maliki praised the strong relations between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the State of Palestine, especially since the Egyptian authorities are one of the biggest supporters of the Palestinian cause.

He added that he appreciates and respects Cairo’s efforts to unite the Palestinian forces and end the pisions.

The minister confirmed that the Palestinian authorities are always keen on consulting Egypt in all of Palestine’s Diplomatic moves in the different regional and international fields. He also expressed his gratitude for Ashour’s efforts in strengthening the relations between the two countries.

On his side, the Egyptian ambassador thanked Al-Maliki for the hospitality he had during his stay in Palestine and for the efforts of the different Foreign Affairs Ministry sectors to help and support his work.
