Al Jazeera TV anchor Jamal Rayyan angered social media users after an inflammatory tweet on Sunday, calling for forming professional squads that target Arab leaders because of their stances towards the Palestinian cause.

Rayyan asked in a poll whether the Palestinian factions support the formation of professional teams to kill Arab leaders, claiming that they aim to undermine the Palestinian resistance.

A Hashtag, titled 'Al Jazeera's TV anchor is calling for the assassination,' went viral in response to his provocative tweet.

The hashtag pushed Rayyan to delete the tweet not to being sued. Users urged Twitter to close the Jordanian anchorman, who is based in Doha.

The tweet shows the Qatari TV network's seditious intentions, which aim to destabilize the Arab countries' stability.

Today, Rayyan kept tweeting about Egypt, the UAE, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia provocatively, alleging that their decisions are dominated by Israel and welcomed the US Mideast peace plan (Deal of the Century).

He accused them of hypocrisy, citing the presence of UAE and Bahraini diplomats during US President Donald Trump's announcement about the peace plan.
