The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, will participate participate in the Arab Media Summit, set to take place in Dubai from May 26 to 28.
Al-Tayeb’s visit comes at the invitation of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The Grand Imam is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the summit’s opening session. His remarks will focus on the vital role of media in tackling modern-day challenges and promoting global understanding and peace.
The summit is expected to gather media leaders, policymakers, and thought leaders from across the Arab world to discuss the evolving role of media in society.
