A source in Al Ahly of Egypt revealed on Monday that the Red Devils' treasury has been flourished with around $2.5 million after claiming the CAF Champions League trophy.
The Red Devils lifted the African title for the 9th time in their history after defeating their arch-rivals Zamalek 2-1 in the final, held in Cairo Stadium on November 27.
The source also added that the Egyptian League champions have got the money from the Confederation of the African Football (CAF).
The Red Devils will partake in Fifa Club World Cup, set to take place in Qatar from February 1 to February 11, as they are waiting for the Fifa Club World Cup draw to know their opponent.
The draw will be held on January 19.
