Al Ahly of Egypt defeated RS Berkane of Morocco with two clean goals on Friday to win their 7th CAF Super Cup title.

Mohamed Sheriff had opened the scoring of the match in the 56th minute when he slotted the ball from a very close range into the right bottom corner.

Taher Mohamed Taher came close to doubling the scoring in the 69th minute, when his shot was saved by the Moroccan's goalkeeper.

Salah Mohsen sealed the victory in the 82nd minute, when he was one to one position as he moved on to pass the goalkeeper, and socred the second goal to make it 2-0.

RS Berkane came close to opening the scoring when Mohsen Yajor made a nice move towards the Red Devils' penalty area in the 27th minute as his pass put the Moroccan's forward on one to one position but his ball went beside the left bar.

The Moroccan club came into action once again in the injury time of the first half when captain Mohamed Aziz's header went so close to the right bottom corner.
