Aswan International Women Film Festival (AIWFF) participated in the 2020 Chinese Hengdian Film and Television Culture Industry Expo 2020 from 29 October to 5 November.
The festival representatives displayed a number of the festival's flyers. In addition, they reviewed the previous 4 editions of the festival.
Furthermore, a film about Egyptian cinema and the role of women in the Egyptian cinema industry was screened.
The exhibition included promoting tourism in Aswan, and various footages of the various touristic activities in the city besides linking between tourism in Aswan and the cinematic activity in the city.
It also welcomed visitors from all over the world and encourage them to visit Egypt and enjoy its cheerful atmosphere.
The upcoming edition of (AIWFF) will take place between 20 and 26 February 2021. It will be organized by the Culture Ministry, Tourism and Antiques Ministry, and the National Council for Women.
It will witness awarding Egyptian actress Elham Shahin with the Isis Prize of Achievement in the opening ceremony.
