Hala Zain, the mother of the artist Ahmed Khaled Saleh, and the mother-in-law of the artist Hanady Mehanna, died a short while ago, after a struggle with the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Saleh had shared a picture of him with his mother through his account on Instagram after she contracted the virus, asking his followers to pray for her speedy recovery.
Mehanna wrote in a story on her Instagram account, saying: "Your prayers to my father, mother, and mother-in-law, and every patient to have a speedy recovery. Praying can change destiny. Intensify your prayers, please."

Later on, Mehanna also announced that her mother had tested positive for the virus.
