The Taliban government in Afghanistan accused Pakistani authorities of launching airstrikes on a drug treatment center in the Afghan capital, Kabul, killing and wounding several patients.
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said in a statement on Monday: “The Pakistani military regime has once again violated Afghan airspace, targeting a drug treatment center in Kabul, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of several civilians who were receiving treatment.”
He added: “We condemn this crime in the strongest terms and consider such an act to be contrary to all recognized humanitarian principles.”
