Actress Yasmine Sabry..Ambassador of African Woman

The Egyptian Actress Yasmine Sabry was honored on Tuesday morning as a new ambassador of African woman.

This honoring took place during the Arab African Conference on Women's Empowerment that was held in Cairo in the presence of some ministers and celebrities in Africa.

It is clear that Sabry had a great role in “You are the first” campaign which is considered the first of its kind to support women’s rights in fields of health, economics and culture.

Many effective projects and events were organized under the umbrella of this campaign.

She has also participated in other charitable projects to empower women in various fields in line with Egypt’s sustainable development vision “2030”.

On her part, Sabry expressed her happiness to get such significant award, title and thanked all attendees for their support to African women.

She pointed out that this step will encourage her to go further in achieving more goals for women and the whole society.

During the event, some businesswomen were honored too for their effective roles.
